Fun Nights and Dances
All C.T. English Middle School students MUST BE REGISTERED with the Home and School Club to attend events.
Students WILL NOT be allowed into an event without ALL paperwork on file.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Print, complete, and sign the Registration Form and Wavier located in the above purple box. Have your student drop off the form with payment at the CTE Middle School Office with Julie.
Please make checks out to CTEHSC.
NO LATE REGISTRATIONS ALLOWED

Send an email to our treasurer@ctehsc.org - Title: HSC EVENT REGISTRATION: <Student Name> so that we can check ahead of time.
No tickets can be purchased without full registration documentation on file.

Safety First Policies
Home and School Club events are for C.T. English Middle School students only.
Students must be able to provide a valid contact phone number for a parent/guardian on the night.
Please, no late pick-ups. Pick up is 7:00 pm . Chaperones and Teachers would also like to get home in a timely manner.
School conduct, dress code, and rules apply to all students attending CTEHSC events. Students will not be admitted if they do not follow the school policies for the duration of the event.
Please be familiar with the school policies surrounding cell phone usage and posting on social media. CTE Student/Parent Handbook
Student backpacks will not be allowed inside the event.
